“I  really enjoyed working with Michelle. 

 

For a number of years I’ve been seeking to make sustainable changes to how I’m working with my body, in terms of food, exercise & meditation, and I’d been going round in circles and feeling a little stuck.  We identified an overarching goal and then during each session Michelle supported me to explore my thinking in a number of different ways. Specifically, through Michelle’s explanations of the different One of ManyTM power types, I learnt the benefit of taking time to listen to the different forms of wisdom within.   

 

The regular sessions gave me a safe, confidential space to explore my own thinking and to reflect on progress I had, and hadn’t, made since our last session.  I truly valued the way Michelle shared her observations and asked questions based on her intuition and knowledge, this provided me with insights that I would not have been able to identify on my own.

With Michelle’s coaching skills over 4 weeks, I was able to see the bigger picture and put a lot of things into a relative perspective. "I was having issues with continues weight gain, poor body image and a total lack of motivation.  I came to the sessions quite nervous having had previous experience of hypnosis.  I need not have worried; there was no comparison and I was completely comfortable with Michelle from the outset. 
During the sessions Michelle's use of powerful imagery really helped the lessons to stick.  The most valuable lesson has been to eat when I am hungry and stop when I am full.  And I am now also much more confident at saying no.
