Hi, I’m Michelle, an empowerment coach and clinical hypnotherapist dedicated to supporting those working in the NHS who are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, and struggling with life’s transitions.

 

Whether you’re facing career burnout, navigating personal challenges, or seeking more balance in your life, I’m here to help you build resilience, regain clarity, and move forward with confidence.

With a background in coaching and therapy, I combine multiple modalities to create a holistic, personalised approach to transformation.  My practice integrates:

• Coaching – Providing guidance and support to help you gain clarity, set meaningful goals, and take empowered action.

• Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) – Helping you reframe thought patterns, improve emotional regulation, and enhance your communication skills.

• Hypnosis – Using therapeutic hypnosis to break through subconscious blocks and promote lasting positive change.

Having had a 32 year career in the NHS, I understand the unique pressures NHS professionals face, from the emotional toll of patient care and the ever changing NHS landscape to the challenge of balancing work and personal life.  My coaching is designed to help you prioritise your well-being, prevent burnout, and rediscover your purpose, so you can continue making a difference without sacrificing your own health and happiness.

Based in Nottinghamshire, I offer flexible one-on-one coaching, available both in person and online via Zoom.
