It’s about making it peaceful — for real. 🌿 What We’ll Do Together Over two calm, honest, slightly cheeky hours on Zoom, you’ll: ✨ Press pause on the noise and find your footing again. ✨ Learn simple tools to manage overwhelm, guilt, and emotional hangovers. ✨ Set boundaries (without becoming the Grinch). ✨ Create a calm plan for navigating tricky people, endless to-dos, and your own expectations. ✨ Practise a mini relaxation / hypnotherapy session to help your body remember what “calm” feels like. You’ll leave with clarity, calm, and a sense of “Ah, okay… I’ve got this.” 🎁 This Is For You If You love Christmas — but secretly dread parts of it.
