You probably have questions. That's normal.

Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, especially when you're already overwhelmed, overthinking everything and wondering whether you should just "get a grip" and carry on.
So if you're feeling unsure, wobbly or like you need to know a bit more before taking the next step, this page is for you.
And just to say it clearly:
You do not have to have everything figured out before you get in touch.
How do I know if this is right for me?
If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally drained, disconnected from yourself or tired of holding it all together, there's a good chance my work will resonate with you.
A lot of the women I support do not turn up with a neat label for what's going on. They simply know that something feels off.
They may be:
-
exhausted
-
overthinking everything
-
Struggling with boundaries
-
Feeling lost or flat
-
Burnt out
-
Fed up of carrying too much
-
Craving calm, clarity and a bit more breathing space
You don't need to be in full crisis mode.
You don't need to be "bad enough".
And you definitely don't need to be broken.
If you know something needs to shift, that's enough.
What if I'm not sure what service is right for me?
That is a common question.
Most women do not arrive knowing exactly what kind of support they need. They just know they can't keep going as they are.
We can have a chat about what would be most helpful for you. It is free and you can book it online at a time to suit you. Simply click the button below and you will go to the calendar to book the call.
I suggest that you have a look at the work with me page and read through all the services on offer.
If you are unsure, a good starting point is the Calm & Clarity session. This session will give you the space to untangle what's going on for you, work out what you need and see what kind of support would suit you best.
If you already know that you want deeper support then one of the coaching packages may be a better fit.
Remember, you don't need to solve the whole puzzle before reaching out.

What happens in a Calm & Clarity Session?
The Calm & Clarity Session is a one off 90 minute session designed to hep you pause, breathe, untangle what's going on and get clearer on what you need next.

Before the session, you'll complete a short questionnaire so I have a sense of what's been going on for you.
In the session itself, we explore what's underneath the overwhelm, where you might be feeling stuck and what would genuinely help. You'll l eave with more clarity, practical insight and some next steps to suppport you moveing forward.

It is a really good starting point if you feel foggy, overloaded or unsure where to begin.

What is coaching with you actually like?
Warm, honest, practical, supportive and most importantly of all - human.

I'm not here to throw advice at you, drown you in jargon, tell you what to do or hand you a worksheet and call it tranformation.

Coaching with me is a space where you can:
-
Slow down
-
Say exactly what you need to, how you need to
-
Make sense of what is going on for you right now
-
Unserstand your behaviours and patterns
-
Reconnect with yourself
-
Build confidence and self-trust
-
Make changes that actually fit your life

There is depth, but no drama.
Compassion, but no fluff.
A bit of humour too, because growth can be simultaneously deeply profound and inconvenient!

Most importantly it is a space where you can be and you will be seen, heard and held safely.

What sort of things can you help with?
I support women with things such as:
-
burnout and overwhelm
-
emotional overload
-
overthinking
-
people pleasing
-
boundaries
-
low confidence
-
self-doubt
-
identity loss
-
feeling stuck or disconnected from themselves
-
navigating life or career changes or transitions
-
rebuilding self-trust

A lot of the women I work with have spent years being the strong one, the sensible one , the one that everyone relies on.
At some point that starts to cost them.
My work helps them understand why is going on and find their way back to themselves.

And if what you want to work on is not on this list, no problem. Let's have a chat and we can work out how I can help you.

What's the difference between coaching and hypnotherapy?
Coaching and hypnotherapy are different tools, and sometimes they work beautifully together.

Coaching helps you explore what is going on, understand patterns, build awareness and make intentional changes in your life.

Hypnotherapy works at a deeper level to help calm the internal noise, support emotional regulation and shift patterns that can feel hard to move through with logic alone.

Some women come for coaching.
Some women come for hypnotherapy.
Some women benefit from a powerful blend of both.

If you are not sure what is right for you, don't worry because we can work it out together.

I've never had hypnotherapy before, what's it really like?
In a word: gentle.

Hypnotherapy is a safe, focused, related process that helps you access a calmer, more receptive state, It is often described as feeling a bit like deep relaxation or that floaty state that you get just before you fall asleep. The difference is that you are awake and fully in control throughout.

You won't be unconcious.
You won't be made to do anything weird or against your will.
You definitely won't be made to forget your name or cluck like a chicken - that is stage hypnosis!

This is a supportive therapeutic tool that can help with things like overthinking, stress, confidence, emotional overwhelm, shifting unhelpful patterns and so much more.

What is the Inner Voice Session?
The Inner Voice Session is a one-off session (or a block of sessions for a deep dive) using Voice Dialogue or Parts work.

It is especially helpful if you feel like different parts of you are constantly pulling in different directions or one part is dominating.
For example:
-
one part wants rest and another wants to keep on pushing through regardless
-
one part wants change and another is terrified of it
-
one part wants boundaries and another wants everyone to stay happy
This work helps you understand those different inner voices more clearly, makes more compassionate sense of your patterns and reduces the internal tug of war.

It can be incredibly powerful for women who feel stuck, conflicted, frustrated with themselves or tired of repeating the same patterns time and time again.

Do I need to be in crisis to work with you?
No not at all, in fact I would rather work with you before you reach crisis point.

A lot of women seek support long before things become a full-blown crisis. They are simply tired of carrying so much, tired of feeling unlike themselves or aware that the way they are living is no longer sustainable.

You do not need to wait until you are on the floor in emotional bits before you are allowed to ask for support.

You are allowed to get help because:
-
you're overwhelmed
-
you're exhausted
-
you feel lost
-
you're stuck
-
you know something needs to change
That's enough!

What if I'm nervous about opening a can of worms?
That's very normal.
A lot of women worry about what will come up and that if they start talking honestly everything will come pouring out and they wont be able to stop or cope.

The way I work is steady and supportive. We go at a pace that feels manageable. This is not about ripping everything open and leaving you wobbling in the emotional rubble.

It is about creating a safe space to explore what matters, with care, clarity and support.

You are allowed to do this gently.

What if I'm the kind of person who finds it hard to talk about my "stuff"?
Also very normal.

You don't need to arrive eloquent, emotionally polished or with your thoughts arranged into neat bullet points.

Most women I work with are far better at supporting other people than they are at naming what is going on for themselves.

I invite you to come exactly as you are: messy, unsure, tearful, flat, awkward, chatty, quiet, confused - all of them.

In our sessions we work with what is there.

How many sessions will I need?
That all depends on what you need and what kind of support feels right for you.

Some women start with a Calm & Clarity session and find that enough to create movement and perspective.

Some want a focused short package such as Back to You or Boundaries Without Guilt.

Others know that they are ready for deeper work and choose the What If You're Not Broken programme.

There is no gold star for doing more than you need and definitely no shame in starting small.
You need to do what feels right for you.

Do you offer online or in-person sessions?
Yes - Both!
All of my sessions and most of the workshops are available on-line or in-person.
On-line sessions are on Zoom.
In-person sessions are in my Cosy Cabin in rural North Nottinghamshire (easy to get to from M1 and A1).
I can arrange to come to you by negotiation however this may incur additional fees to cover travel etc.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes payment plans are available for programmes.
I want support to feel accessible, while also valuing time, care and depth that this work involves.
If a payment plan would help we can talk about the options when you book.

What happens between sessions?
That depends a little on what service you choose.

For my coaching packages, you may receive:
-
reflection prompts
-
practical tools
-
ideads to try betwen sessions
-
integration exercises to really help the work land and embed
-
WhatsApp support

The aim is not to leave you to fend for yourself between sessions, but also not to swamp you with loads of "homework" like you've accidently enrolled in emotional night school.

The support is there to help the work land in real life.

Is everything confidential?
Yes.
What you share in our sessions is treated with care, respect and confidentiality within the normal professional and legal boundaries.

What if I've had therapy or coaching before and it didn't really help?
That doesn't mean that this support won't help.
Sometimes it simply means that the approach was not the right fit, the timing was off or you needed something different and it was not picked up at the time.

A lot of women I work with are not new to personal development. They have read the books, listened to the podcasts, tried the journaling, maybe had therapy or even may done a bit of coaching.

What they often need now is something that is more grounded, more integrated and more real-life friendly. Something that helps them understand themselves and actually apply the changes, not just nod wisely and carry on as before.

What if I am worried about spending money on myself?
Again, very normal.
Many women find it far easier to spend money on other people than themselves and their own support.
That doesn't make you silly or difficult, it simply means you are very well practiced at putting yourself and your needs last!

Only you can decide what feels right for you, but if you are stuck in patterns that are draining your energy, peace and sense of self, support is not an indulgence. It is often the one thing that helps everything else feel more manageable.

What happens next if I want to work with you?
You choose the service that feels right for you, or start with the Calm & Clarity Session if you are unsure.

From there you book in, complete any pre-programme or pre-session questionnaires, and we take it from there one step at a time.

No pressure.
No performance.
No need to have the perfect words.

Just a starting point.

Still got questions?
If there is something that you are wondering about that I haven't covered here, you are very welcome to get in touch using the contact page or simply book a free introduction call with me and we can have a chat about it.

You don't need to sit there overthinking it. Simply get in touch. That's your first small step to getting the support you need.
