A 12 week coaching programme for women who are tired of just coping and are ready for a deeper change. Through a combination of coaching, NLP, hypnotherapy and grounded support, we work together to help you rebuild self-trust, calm the overwhelm and find your way back to yourself.
This is a deeper 1:1 coaching programme for women who are ready to stop just coping and start creating change that actually fits their life.
If you are burnt out, disconnected, stuck in old patterns or quietly wondering where you disappeared to in the middle of all the juggling and doing, this programme offers that space and support to come back to yourself properly.
Over 12 weeks, we work together to untangle what is going on beneath the overwhelm, rebuild self-trust, strengthen (or even build) boundaries, calm the internal noise and help you feel more grounded, clear and like yourself again.
