This is a 3 month programme for clients who have completed Core Untangle or Root Untangle and want to ensure that they do not slip back into old patterns.

It supports integration, accountability, self-trust, boundaries, nervous system steadiness, new behaviours and continued progress. It keeps you on a steady course and moving in the right direction.

3 x 75-minute 1:1 follow-up sessions.
